Jonias, Achaeus and Dorios, emigrated from Anatolia to Greece and the Greek islands, formed Greek art-related by culture, architecture, painting, sculpture and relief in Anatolia.
Architecture
Greek cities establish in the high hill called Acropol. The first cities built in Anatolia; Ephesus, Miletos, Priene, Phokaia, Pergamon, Smyrna. In architecture Greek, the most important building this Temple. The Greek temple is a sample of megaron-type structures found in the settlements of Western Anatolia in the first period.
The temples consist of an entrance with columns (portico) built on a stepped floor and a sacred room (sella) open at the entrance.
According to the column systems used in the temples, three types of temples were developed called Dorio, Ionia, Corinth.
Dorio type
The following features are found in Greek temples built in this order;
-The column is located directly on the stylobate and the architrave on which the ceiling rests.
-The column body is grooved and widens towards the base.
-Echinos is the head of the column.
-There is a pillow called abacus that supports roof load on column header.
-The abacus has an architrave in which they locate triglyphs and metaphors.
-The roofs of these temples covered with a broken roof have triangular roof pedestals (tympanum) on the sides short, and the corners are decorated with acroterias consisting of sculptures.
-Apart from Anatolia, the most important example of this arrangement is the Temple of Assos (Behramkale) in the Anatolian Parthenon, which was built on the Acropolis of Athens.
Ionian type
-Pillars are thinner and taller than their Dorian counterparts. Another Greek Art is coming from history.
-The column header consists of a lid decorated with two spiral curves called volutes.
-Abakus is more incarnate than straight, and not right.
-The architrave is the only block.
-The section of the frieze to the ceiling is similar to the Doric order, the only difference is the reliefs.
-Ionian temples are more elegant and taller than the Dor temples with their long, slender pillars.
This order is outside Anatolia, The Nike Temple in Athens, in Anatolia, the Temple of Artemis in Ephesus, the Temple of Apollo in Didyma.
Type of Aqueo
-The Dor and Ionic characteristics have been used together in such temples.
-Column headings move in relation to the dor and the Ionic order, consisting of kenger (acanthus) leaves and curly branches.
